Goods sold by GOOGLAB.co.uk store are new, original and guaranteed to be of high quality, and in case of a product defect, you can file a complaint through the store.
How to complain about a defective product?
The first step should be to send us a message. We in response will send you a form to fill out.
The goods should be carefully packed, they must be in proper hygienic condition. Add to the package the proof of purchase (can be a legible photocopy) and a printed complaint form.

In case of a justified complaint – the damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for another (full value), and if this is not possible (for example, due to out-of-stock) – we will refund you the equivalent of the product price. Information on how to resolve the complaint will be communicated to you within 14 days from the moment the shipment reaches our store. All information about the implementation of the complaint on an ongoing basis is communicated to the customer.
