§ 1. DEFINITIONS

Business Days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States.

Account – a free function of the Store (electronic service), allowing the Buyer to create their individual account and use additional functionalities of the Store.

Consumer – an individual making a purchase in the Store not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Buyer – any entity making purchases in the Store.
-
Terms and Conditions – this document setting out the rules for purchases in the Store.

Store – the online store available at: https://googlabusa.com.

Seller – GoogLab Scientific USA, LLC, Company Number 11063033, registered in Virginia (US), with its registered office at 969 2nd St SE, Charlottesville, VA 22902, United States.

§ 3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

To use the Store, the following are required:

an internet-enabled device,

an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies,

an active e-mail account.

§ 4. PURCHASES IN THE STORE

All product prices in the Store are expressed in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes.

Additional delivery costs may apply, as specified when placing the order.

To purchase a product, the Buyer must add it to the cart and proceed to the checkout form.

The sales contract is concluded when the Buyer confirms the order.

The Seller will send confirmation of the sales contract to the Buyer by durable medium (e.g., by e-mail).

Purchases may be made either as a guest or through a registered Account.
§ 5. PAYMENTS

The Buyer may pay for the order using:

credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro),
-
online payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

If advance payment is chosen, it must be completed within 3 Business Days of placing the order.

Some payment methods may require immediate payment at the time of placing the order.
§ 6. ORDER FULFILLMENT

The Seller undertakes to deliver products free from defects.
-
The delivery time for each product is specified in the Store.
-
Orders paid in advance will be processed once payment has been received.
-
Products are delivered within the territory of the United States (unless otherwise specified by the Seller).

Deliveries are carried out via courier companies.
§ 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day:
-
on which the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods, or
-
in the case of multiple goods ordered together and delivered separately – when the last item is delivered.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Seller using the contact details provided in § 2.
-
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
§ 8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
-
Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
-
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once opened.
-
Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
-
Audio/video recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, once opened.
-
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscription contracts.
-
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the Consumer’s prior consent.
§ 9. COMPLAINTS

If the purchased product is defective, the Buyer may file a complaint under applicable U.S. law.

Complaints should be sent to the Seller via the contact details provided in § 2.
-
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
§ 10. PERSONAL DATA

The administrator of the personal data provided by the Buyer is the Seller.
-
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection laws, and where applicable, GDPR (for EU customers).
§ 11. RESERVATIONS

The Buyer must not provide unlawful content.
-
Each order constitutes a separate sales contract.
-
The Terms and Conditions are available in English and Polish.
-
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Consumer rights under applicable law.
§ 12. PROVISIONS CONCERNING NON-CONSUMER BUYERS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Buyers who are not Consumers.
-
The Seller’s liability to non-Consumer Buyers is limited to the value of the order.
-
Any disputes with non-Consumer Buyers shall be settled by a court with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

Account – a free functionality of the Store (electronic service) allowing the Buyer to create an individual account.

§ 3. Technical Requirements
To create and use an Account you need:

an active e-mail account,
-
an internet-enabled device,
-
a web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
§ 4. Account

Creating an Account is voluntary.
-
The Account provides additional features, including order history, order status, and self-service editing of Buyer data.
-
To create an Account, fill in the registration form on the Store website.
-
When the Account is created, an open-ended agreement for Account maintenance is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller under these Terms.
-
The Buyer may terminate the Account at any time at no cost.
-
To terminate the Account, send a request to office@googlabsci.com. The Account will be deleted without undue delay and the Account agreement will be terminated.
§ 5. Complaints

Complaints regarding the functioning of the Account should be sent to office@googlabsci.com.

The Seller will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

If the complaint process does not resolve the issue, the Consumer may seek assistance through generally available U.S. out-of-court options (e.g., state or federal consumer protection agencies or BBB programs), if applicable in their jurisdiction.
§ 6. Personal Data

The controller of personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Account is the Seller.
-
Personal data is processed for the purpose of Account maintenance and order handling, in accordance with applicable U.S. data-protection laws and, where relevant, the GDPR for EU customers. Details are described in the Store’s Privacy Policy.
§ 7. Reservations

The Buyer must not provide unlawful content.
-
The Account agreement is concluded in English (a Polish version may be provided for convenience).
-
The Seller may amend these Account Terms for important reasons, such as:
-
compliance with applicable law,
-
improving service security,
-
changes to Account functionality requiring updates to the Terms.

The Buyer will be notified of planned changes at least 7 days before they take effect via e-mail sent to the address assigned to the Account.
-
If the Buyer does not accept the planned changes, they should notify the Seller at office@googlabsci.com; the Account agreement will then terminate upon the effective date of the changes (or earlier if requested).

If the Buyer does not object before the effective date, the changes are deemed accepted (without prejudice to the Buyer’s right to terminate later).

For Buyers who are not Consumers, the competent court for disputes is the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

Nothing in these Terms limits Consumer rights under applicable law.
NEWSLETTER TERMS

§ 1. Definitions

Newsletter – a free electronic service under which the Service Recipient receives e-mails previously requested, including information about the Store, offers, promotions and news.

Store – https://googlabusa.com.

Service Provider – GoogLab Scientific USA, LLC, Company Number 11063033, 969 2nd St SE, Charlottesville, VA 22902, USA.

Service Recipient – any person using the Newsletter service.
§ 2. Newsletter

The Newsletter is optional and free of charge.

Requirements: an internet-enabled device, up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail account.

Newsletter e-mails are sent to the address provided when signing up.

To subscribe, enter your e-mail address in the sign-up field on the website. We will send a verification e-mail with a confirmation link. Upon confirmation, the service agreement is concluded and the Service Provider begins delivering the Newsletter.

Each Newsletter e-mail contains information and a link enabling the recipient to unsubscribe at any time.

The Service Recipient may also unsubscribe by e-mailing office@googlabsci.com. Unsubscribing results in immediate termination of the Newsletter service.
§ 3. Complaints

Complaints regarding the Newsletter should be sent to office@googlabsci.com.

The Service Provider will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
§ 4. Personal Data

The Service Provider is the controller of personal data provided by the Service Recipient in connection with the Newsletter.

Data is processed to deliver the Newsletter in accordance with applicable U.S. data-protection laws and, where relevant, the GDPR for EU customers. Details are provided in the Store’s Privacy Policy.
§ 5. Final Provisions

The Service Provider may amend these Newsletter Terms for important reasons, including service modernization or changes in applicable law that affect the service.

Information about planned amendments will be sent to the e-mail provided at sign-up at least 7 days before they take effect.

Lack of objection before the effective date will be deemed acceptance. If the Service Recipient does not accept the changes, they should notify office@googlabsci.com; this will terminate the Newsletter service as of the effective date of the changes.
