Designed for optimal qPCR performance, our 0.1 mL 96-Well PCR Plate features a semi-skirted frame and white wells to enhance fluorescence signal detection. Manufactured from USP Class VI polypropylene in a 100,000-grade clean room, this plate ensures high purity, thermal uniformity, and compatibility with automated systems.
The white wells maximize light reflection, improving sensitivity and consistency in real-time PCR (qPCR) assays. The semi-skirt offers added rigidity for robotic handling, while the A1 notch ensures precise orientation and easy setup.
Each plate is sterile and certified free of DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors—making it ideal for sensitive molecular biology workflows. The plate is also autoclavable and meets ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards for quality and reliability.
