The buyer selects the delivery method after adding items to the cart, before finalizing the order.

Immediately after confirming the order, we proceed with its processing.

When will the ordered goods reach the recipient?

The processing time for each order depends on several factors.

To ensure the package reaches the recipient, we need time to prepare it for shipment (assembly and packaging) and the time required by the courier company for delivery.

We make every effort to dispatch packages from our warehouse within 7 business days from the moment the payment is credited to our account for prepaid orders, as well as orders with deferred (scheduled) payment.

However, unusual situations may occur, causing delays in express deliveries. In such cases, the customer is immediately informed via email or phone.
